You received the wrong item
The item arrived damaged
There is a manufacturing or quality defect
There is a sizing issue
📌 In most cases, we’re able to resolve issues quickly by offering a free replacement or store credit, which avoids the high cost and delays of international return shipping.
For quality, damage, or sizing-related issues, we’re happy to offer:
A free replacement, or
Store credit for future use
This is often the fastest and most convenient solution for our customers.
If you prefer to request a refund:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition and packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Items discounted 40% or more (final sale)
Customized or personalized items
Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items
Because our items are made to order, production begins shortly after an order is placed.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started
Once an order has entered production, cancellations are no longer possible
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@animewise.com with your order number.
