Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy

We want you to love your Animewise order. Because our products are made to order and shipped internationally, we’ve created a fair and transparent policy that balances customer satisfaction with sustainable operations.


📦 Issues With Your Order

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us at sales@animewise.com within 30 days of delivery, and our team will be happy to assist:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item arrived damaged

  • There is a manufacturing or quality defect

  • There is a sizing issue

📌 In most cases, we’re able to resolve issues quickly by offering a free replacement or store credit, which avoids the high cost and delays of international return shipping.


🔄 Replacements (Preferred Resolution)

For quality, damage, or sizing-related issues, we’re happy to offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • Store credit for future use

This is often the fastest and most convenient solution for our customers.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

If you prefer to request a refund:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition and packaging

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

📌 International return shipping costs can be high, which is why we recommend reviewing product details carefully before placing an order.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items discounted 40% or more (final sale)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items


❌ Order Cancellations

Because our items are made to order, production begins shortly after an order is placed.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started

  • Once an order has entered production, cancellations are no longer possible

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@animewise.com with your order number.

🎨 Product Variations & Expectations

Please note that minor variations in color, texture, stitching, or placement may occur due to production methods and screen differences. These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.

We encourage customers to review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering.
