Delivery

Estimated delivery times account for both printing and shipping your order. While we strive to provide the most accurate delivery date during checkout, some orders may occasionally take extra time to print due to third-party printer delays or experience extended transit times with the carrier.
If your order's final estimated delivery date has passed or it shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please wait an additional day or two to see if the package reaches you.

Kindly contact us within 30 days of the final estimated delivery date if your order has not yet arrived.


Where can I find the tracking information for my orders?

We send shipping notifications emails containing shipping information after shipment of your order. You can also track your order from our tracking page. Please click here.

Is tracking available for my order?

We provide tracking information for all of our order and in most cases you can live track your order delivery.
Note that international shipment tracking may take up to a few days to display any updates but that doesn't necessarily mean the shipment is lost.

Where do my orders ship from?

We have our third-party printers located in different parts of the world. Each one of them manufactures particular products and caters to different geographical locations. We make sure your products are printed in the most suitable location catering to the delivery address you provided for fast and affordable shipping!

What if the recipient’s address was wrong?

If the recipient’s address was wrong, then you are held responsible. Usually, the package is sent back to the return address mentioned on your packaging and then we would get in touch with you. You would have to bear the reshipment charges.

What happens if package wasn’t delivered but tracking states that it was delivered?

If the package was marked delivered by the carrier, but the customer states otherwise then we will give more weightage to courier service information and Animewsie won’t cover the cost of reshipping or refunding of that order.

There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer’s address. Customers should reach out to the local carrier (USPS in most cases) and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person.
