Since most of our orders are being shipped in from abroad, the tracking number might not be working because of it not being integrated into foreign postal systems. But this happens rarely. If your tracking number is not working for local orders, feel free to Contact us any time and we’ll have it sorted right away.

Please note: if your order has already been shipped then it will all depend on courier service's response whether they can change it or no.

Domestic delivery issues have to be dealt with USPS. You can contact them at(800) 275-8777to get an update on your order/package.

If you need to cancel on a particular order, it can only be done if you Contact us almost immediately after you’ve place the order. Since a lot of effort is required for getting all of the products you need from various designers across the globe, if an order gets confirmed by the vendor, it cannot be cancelled. We do charge 10% of product cost as restocking fee.

No, we don’t have physical store location. However, we do have multiple warehouses spread across United States and Canada. We’re focusing on providing quality products at a reasonable price and having multiple stores located in different areas won’t allow us to do that.

Catering to this particular condition, we do offer wholesale discounts. However, wholesale discounts are only applicable to orders worth $500 or above.

There is one condition though, you will have to get in touch through the contact us page before placing a wholesale order. You have to let us know what particular products do you want and the quantity of each product before you order.

We’ll be responding back to your query within 48 hours. But first we would have to check for availability of stock on each item you seek to purchase.

Since most of our products are being prepared after an order has been placed, you will be receiving an email to confirm your shipment along with a tracking code.

Most of our products are being brought in from different vendors from all over the globe, there is a lot of processing involved including different custom regulations.

The condition on our return policy is that you must first send us an email along with your details and the order number you would like to return. You will be receiving a response within 24 hours before you can send the product back.

Please note that items being returned have to be in the original condition and packing. All shipment costs to return the product must be taken care of yourself. You will be receiving your money back after an evaluation of the item returned.

However, an amount of equaling 10% of product cost will be charged as re-stocking fee.
