Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the items in your order. Any applicable shipping fees will always be shown clearly before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. When available, these offers will be clearly shown on the store or at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment is successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Once processing is complete, your order is prepared for shipment and tracking information is sent by email.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) on a business day usually begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on Sundays and public holidays, begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after processing is complete. Business days refer to Monday through Saturday and do not include Sundays or public holidays.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Tracking updates usually become active within 24 to 72 hours after shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information
