Orders generally require 2–4 business days for processing, followed by approximately 6–10 business days in transit. Estimated total delivery time is therefore approximately 8–14 business days. Carrier, customs, weather, and other circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

Animewise works with production and fulfillment partners in multiple regions. The fulfillment location depends on the product and delivery destination, so orders may be produced and shipped from different facilities.

Not always. If your order contains products produced by different fulfillment facilities, items may be shipped separately. When applicable, separate tracking information may be provided.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours after shipment to begin showing updates. If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us.
